Nothing negative to say. I like being able to get testing done without going through the doctor visit process, which then requires a follow up. Accesa has been very helping in achieving that. I think this approach will inspire more people to have their labs checked because it's not as time consuming and can be valuable in uncovering unrecognized problems. Glad Accesa has this service available.

Quest Diagnostics had my lab order in their computer and it was very easy to go in and get my blood drawn. I will use your service again as I was having difficulty getting my General Practitioner to run some specific tests for my thyroid and B vitamins levels. Being able to take my health into my own hands was such a relief as I was able to find out what was out of balance in my body and I was able to make the necessary changes that made me feel well again!

Testing was great, however, my daughter's TB test was being run Friday afternoon (9/2), but didn't post so we have to wait until the following Tuesday for results due to a weekend and holiday. I would suggest any tests being run should be reported and not held due to a weekend. Otherwise very convenient.

Your website to order is perfect, but I can't say thé same about the lab Quest diagnostic. I had to wait 1 hour to be blood testing. In France it takes 10 minutes in all. Next time I take an appointments and try another lab.

I didn't get my results within 4 business days. When I followed up I found that they were doing a further test that takes longer. It would be helpful if you notified customers if there is a delay. Otherwise I was satisfied and would recommend you.

The tech that took care of me on the day of the test was very personable as were the customer service reps on line when I placed my order.

Very impressed with the speed. I didn't see my results until a week or so out because they were in my spam folder, but you guys sent them out the next day. Also liked that it was cheaper to go through Acessa than my insurance. However, A closer lab site would have been nice, but I live in the middle of nowhere so 40mins away was understandable. I did wish that since my test was done at quest diagnostics my results would have synced up with previous bloodwork done thru them on myquest.

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong test. I felt it was partially due to some ambiguity to the info online. When I contacted Accesa via email, a rep responded within a few hours. And the test that I needed to have done was completed with no extra charge. I am very pleased with Accesa's response time and customer service. I would use their service again.

Everything went well with you guys until we got to the actual lab. Nobody told me that we need to print our work order and, when we went to the lab and tried to show the lady the work order and payment on my phone she was extremely rude and dismissive. She didn't even allowed me to talk or to show what we have. I went around trying to find a place to print the work order. You guys should better train the people that are working at the lab - bad bad customer service.

I wish there were more places to get the blood work done.

you sent me a survey email because my order is complete. But I have not yet received the results from the TB test-- so now I have to call in tomorrow and see if a- the results were lost somehow (I checked my spam filter) or b- the results are not done yet but you sent me a notice my order is complete which is very confusing to me. I don't like your process

I used the same location for both Quantiferon and Drug Screen. The blood draw was quick and results prompt. The same place takes too long for a simple drug screen. People were lined up waiting too long. Order process is easy and results are available in a timely fashion.

I was very pleased with your prices as I do not have insurance. My only concern would be that I did not have a printer and I did use the link that said to fax the order but it didn't happen. Not being a tech person I assume I may have needed a fax line? Anyway, I have 2 other tests that need to be done and I will definitely use you again. Thanks for the low cost option!
