Bought this kit around March 2020. Finally got to install it in early August. Everything fit great. Aligned to factory specs. Shop didn't car for the cams that came with the kit so they installed theirs to make adjustments easier. Had one bad lower ball joint. Only had 5 miles on the kit before alignment. They had to replace. Everything else was fine. Installed the mcgaughys air helper bag as well. Would recommend. And would buy again. Rob c is awesome at tech support. So is maxtrac. Not sure where the arms are from but they are nice. I didn't ask for a new ball joint as I just wanted my truck back so I could drive it.
Great parts at a fair price. Best value in the industry.
I just installed a set of these 712120-19 shackles on my new 2020 Silverado WT, standard cab, long bed, 2WD, 5.3 V8. I am very pleased with them! On the highest setting I got exactly 1 1/2" drop in the rear, which is now only 1/2" higher than the front. Much nicer looking, nice and level, the rear doesn't stick up so high now. It's a little bit easier to climb in the driver's seat now; I won't need to buy running boards or steps! Acceleration, braking, and handling all appear to be unaffected. I have driven up to 80 mph and have not noticed any driveline vibrations. The ride does feel smoother. On the stock shackles, it was very stiff and jiggly over rough pavement but now it's better. I suspect the longer shackles allow the springs more range of motion to flex and absorb impacts better. The short stock shackles seem to “bind up" the springs. Installation notes: This was very easy. There were no interference or clearance problems under the truck at all. The old shackles came out easily and the new ones went in just as well. I used a 13/16" six point standard length socket on a 6" extension, a 13/16" six point deep socket for the nuts, and a 13/16" box end wrench. A 5/16" wrench installed the grease zerks. No bolts or nuts are included in the kit, you just reuse the original ones. The factory shackle bolt heads are a shorter height than usual so the socket tended to slip off frequently. I wouldn't recommend using an impact wrench, to prevent rounding off the bolt heads. Once the truck is safely on jackstands, use a floor jack to raise the rear axle and take all the weight off the shackles. Remove all four nuts, two on each side. Remove the lower bolts on both sides. Raise the axle with the jack until you can remove the upper bolts over the top of the frame rails. Pull off the old shackles. Install the new shackles in the reverse sequence. It only took about an hour. I'm saving the factory shackles in case I ever have to sell the truck and need to return it to its original configuration. I have pics to share, but I don't see an option to attach them.

40 min installation
Great experience
Great kit, took about 3 hours to install. Instructions were provided but there is a youtube video of the installation which i used for reference. Very nice drop. No difference in ride quality. Looks a lot better with just 2" lower in the back, see before and after pictures. On 2015 ESV with 107K miles.
Dropped my truck the exact amount I was looking for and still has great ride quality. Highly recommend these springs!
