I would give 5 stars, but the photo of the item I purchased was for a different product than what was actual. Same company and same contents, but refill for a dispenser and not a hand pump. A photo does exist for the product that was the actually being sold, as I have seen it on other sites. I was offered to return it at no expense, but it would have meant stress and a hassle. I recommended updating the photo. I will rate an 8 for recommending to friends. I would tell them to make sure the description matches the photo.

The chair's quality was more than expected despite the fact that your shipping people shipped it in a large cardboard box two sizes, too big and did not use ANY packing to secure the chair. It was tantamount to shipping a deck of cards in a shoe box !!!! Fortunately, the chair was not damaged from the brutal shipping practices every package endures. I simply cannot recall ever receiving such an inexcusable job of awful shipping. Therefore, your 1 Star rating. Good day.

I purchased on three occasions nutrition drinks. Then by medical have sent me two more orders without my authorization. The first time the representative tell me that I can send it back and she'll refund my money, however I let that one slide I didn't want to go through the process of sending it back,the second time I go through my email and I have a receipt which was recently, I spoke with a customer service representative I explained to her the charges were still pending on my account and I did not authorize it, I was told that she stopped the item from coming and it is being rerouted , back to them and once they receive their product back they'll give me my money back, this happened last Thursday it is now Wednesday night I have been begging for my refund every since, I was told that it was credited back to my account however right now to this day my bank which is regions Bank have no record of it, it is very disappointing to me that I still don't have my money back on something I did not order in the first place, I even asked to speak to a manager and no one seemed to allow me to speak to a manager. I would never in this lifetime order anything from by medical, I'm going to give them until Friday and then I'm going to contact me a lawyer,they took money from my account without my authorization and all the representative keep telling me is how sorry she is, sorry didn't do it they did it. and I need my money.I let them know why it was still processing to stop it and they still let it grow through and have me waiting on my money I do not understand why I haven't received my money back on something I did not want

He lives in a residential facility and because his parents died his income increased. He receives $100 over the MediCall limit, hence they say he has a $900 a month share of costs before they pay for anything. They were his source for paying for his diapers. His income is only $1500 a month and the majority goes for his care. He had an allowance for personal care, haircuts, dining, etc. and now we have to use it for his diaper needs. I felt that the page that product was bought misrepresented the packaging that expected. I am still not how how to open the valve on the pillow pack. to transfer it to managable bottles. Needles to say I am disappointed .

Boost high calorie drink- I've gained 10lbs and I'm half way through the 27 pack. I drink 2 a day (morning and night). You won't gain weight as soon as you drink it but slowly but surely you'll gain weight. This is the best thing I've found so far but it is very thick which is why I rated it 4 stars. Its better chilled (cold not frozen)!
