bought a shower chair that I really need. was excited to find what looked like the perfect one online. when I received your shower chair it was missing the special bolts to assemble it. so , I have shower chair parts and no way to put it together! I sent an email to your company and have not received any reply so far. I cannot find any way to contact you by phone, so I stand her with parts for a shower chair and no bolts to assemble it with and no communication!

11 cans out of 6 cases were badly dented (not leaking) but dangerously damaged prior to shipment & unusable. The outside container (Fedex) was not damaged at all. It appeared they may have stacked to high @ some point. At that rate your price is not competitive

Purchased shower seat for my wife. The adjustable legs provides comfortable positioning in the shower. The seat is sturdy and the rubber coated "feet" prevent the seat fro sliding in the shower. Assembly was very easy. Excellent price. Same chair in pharmacies was double the price.

I purchased Suplena for my mom on August 14th. When it arrived, 15 of the 24 cans had dents. I emailed customer support and they requested a photo and said receiving damaged cans was unacceptable and they would replace the dented cans, and we should throw them out. Since I sent the email on August 18th, I haven't heard back from them nor have I received the new cans. Very Disappointed.

Very fast service. Got the chair the day after I ordered it. If you want to use it in the bathtub make sure you measure the space where it should go. At the lowest position it measures about 18" wide, just as my tub. Would like the seat a little higher but then it would not fit. Easy to put together and it seems sturdy.

First order was a cinch! Highly recommend due to the fast shipping and correct items. The pricing was better than what my mom was paying at another retailer. Will order again! And they use PayPal!
