I don’t know how I never knew about Cathe before now. I’ve worked out since my twenties and done multiple types of exercises so I was excited to try these classes out. Due to some injuries I’ve had to change my workouts to low-impact. Cathe does not disappoint! I admit I need some additional weights to do some of the exercises but her style of muscle confusion to keep muscles on fire is amazing. The time flies by and I work up a sweat!! I am hooked! Buying more workouts!!

I purchased the PERFECT30 program but when the download will be released has been extremely frustrating. I attempted to use the link to the Facebook group to stay informed but the link will not work. It is now the 12th and I am still without information or the program I paid for.

I was able to pick the item I wanted,, pre order, pay, I purchase videos from here before.

I ordered on Sept 23 and have received NO updates, shipping info, tracking or any other followup.

I love the ease of shopping and being able to preview the workouts. The DVDs have saved me during this lock down :)

I had previously ordered the dvds from amazon they mistakenly sent the same one 3 times! So I looked up your name , placed order not going to lie I was a little afraid I was going to receive the slow and heavy series again,but the correct dvds arrived! I'm going to order only from you from now on.

Have worked out with Cathe for over 20 years. Love the workouts. They are a challenge that keep me coming back for more.

I'm very pleased with my products, but wish there were better shipping options, or ways to return an item for credit that is easier. I received my calendar and like it, but it would have been useful to have the holidays on the days, slightly larger boxes, or the monthly rotations printed on the days because it's not there for each month. Also, that there is a description for the monthly photo.

Since the 80’s I have all of Cathe’s Videos and DVD’s. Now that we are having a 2nd home as our winter domicile, I ordered my favorite DVD’s for my fitness library there. I would not know what to do without the best fitness coach in my homes! Turning 70 years old in May 2021, I am still climbing my Colorado 14er mountains thanks to the Cathe workouts which are part and the foundation of my workout routine.

I love Cathe's fitness loops. The tensions are perfect and appropriately labeled. I am using the light bands for my 5th and 6th grade class. These bands are lighter than ones I purchased from another company. Great for beginners!

I have recommended Shock Training System to many friends as it's an amazing program which alleviates boredom while creating great strength results. I use the pull up tower every time I do weights. I'm gradually working towards straight legged tricep push-ups and I keep lowering the bar. It's a fantastic feeling seeing the progress.
