Last time the pet food got delivered to my old address due to some technical online problem, but I need the pet food urgently since I will not be in HK the next day, ePet staff was really helpful to arrange a special delivery again in such a short notice to my new address that arrived the very night (in 1 day). Great customer service!! Highly recommended!!!

This is slightly different from the other Feline Natural canned foods I've tried because this one has a more saucey/jelly consistently instead of just watery. I usually mix 1 can of this with 1 can of canagan chicken and they really love it and take it well.

Good quality food according to the research I've done. Usually if the food is made in New Zealand by a reputable pet food company, their quality standards are high. I have 2 cats - one of them is a 5-month old kitten, and the other is a 1.5 year-old cat. The kitten is more open to trying different foods, but it took my big cat a while to get used to it (he tends to not like lamb very much, he prefers chicken) and now he enjoys it. If you are used to cat food that has "jelly" in it as a thickener, then bear in mind this is not the same. The "sauce" in this cat food is literally like water, which is not a bad thing because cats need hydration! I think overall it's a solid cat food and would recommend.
