Excellent service! I made the mistake of ordering the Small Bites version of Signature Trout & Salmon dog food instead of the regular size kibbles. I called ePet and they happily changed it back for me with no problem at all. And their response was prompt!

I am lucky to find that the cat feed that my cat loves is available with E-PET. Also as it is very urgent to have this particular feed as my cat will only take the special brand with special favour.Last year he had an extremely bad experience with the shortage of his favourite cat feed and been starving for nearly 3 days ! E-PET is very helpful and all of his supporting staffs are very sincere and kind. I would recommend E-PET to my friends and family.

貓貓有IBD, 唔想佢長期食處方糧。試過脫水生肉糧仍痾軟便。剛開始逐漸轉鹿肉罐，效果似乎不錯

I feed my cats raw homemade food but if I need to bump it up with some canned food then I have found this brand Grandma Mae’s, to be one with the most natural ingredients & least fillers & good value for money

Both flavours of Kittles are popular with our fussy cat--and knowing that these come from Wellness, a top-rated maker of pet food products, gives us confidence that we are giving our kitty something that is good for her.

I struggled to transition my kittens to adult cat food, trying most of the premium brands. From Nature’s Variety Instinct, this particular range and flavour was a hit with both my cats. Such a pleasure to see them excited about mealtime and licking their bowl clean. EPet customer service and delivery were great as always.

Our kitty just loves these--and unlike the unhealthy cat snacks that the supermarkets sell, you know with Wellness that you're getting a quality product.
Melanie B.
He seems to like the strong taste (and smell). I like that I can mix the mousse throughout his kibble and veg and he can't cherry pick the fish as he can with chicken bites.

Epet is the only place where I can find scratchers and feather toys that my cat is crazy about. He also loves the Almo food. The delivery is super fast and very friendly.
