It’s a great service, well worth the extra fee you may pay. They made everything absolutely smooth, did a great photograph and I got my passport renewal in a few weeks. I recommend them highly.

They’re great. Couldn’t have been easier. I wasn’t in a rush but it all went smooth and took about 5 weeks even though they said 7-9. Was a pleasure and would do it again.

I found my passport to be water damaged three weeks before an international trip. I found ItsEasy staff to be helpful and responsive, and I never had to wait more than 10 minutes on hold to talk to someone. The process for a rush replacement was easy to follow. My passport arrived in time for my trip. While I hope to never need this service again, I am glad it was available when I needed it.

As a Tour Manager for an International musical touring operation, we often need Passport services in record time. Quick, easy and efficient. The only problem I had was finding a white background with no shadow to take and upload a photograph through the app. Track lighting throws a lot of shadow. Otherwise it was painless and worry-free. Would definitely recommend.

After speaking to a representative both on the phone and an online chat I decided to go ahead and proceed. The app is super easy to use and the passport photos were done in a breeze. It was a bit expensive but it was my own fault that I had to use their service in the first place. The service itself was A+ rated. I paid extra for the document verification, which came in very handy with the rushing and mistakes I was making. Communication via phone, online chat and email was all very professional and helpful. Once I had everything in order I sent in my packet. They told me what day they would start working on it and when I could expect my renewed passport back. I actually got it back one day early. If you're in a serious bind with limited time to deal with a passport on your own, I highly recommend this service. It did relieve a lot of stress from me as I didn't have to worry about calling for appointments and traveling. Although I considered this service expensive, I got my money's worth. It's hard putting a price on stress.

Most everything went well. Using the It’s Easy app to submit digital photo caused some anxiety as I didn’t get clear confirmation that submission was successful. I did eventually get an email letting me know the photo was acceptable. Again it was unclear that the digital photo would be used. After a phone call to clarify, all worked out. Received the passport a shot time afterward.
