Really have enjoyed the collar. The nick feature is very nice and intutitive. The beeper seems to be a bit quieter than the Upland, wish it was a bit louder. The green high pitched collar beep is much louder than the lower pitched beeper collar (could be louder) maybe only 50-75 yard use in brushy situations. Overall a good product. Would glady buy again. Very good product. Had some shipping issues, but good customer care took care to make it right. My only complaint is that the standard 5/8 contact points are not sufficient for longer haired dogs. Many other remote collar suppliers include an actual longer 3/4 size along with the 5/8 points with the collar. My recommendation for Dogtra would be to do the same, instead of requiring a separate purchase of mere extensions.

Lost my antenna on a recent hunt, not sure how but I did. went on their web site ordered it received in about 4 days. just like they said it would.

After years of service with my Dogtra I noticed the range had decreased ... With a call to Customer Support they advised that it might be the antenna ... Replaced it an Viola ! -the range returned !

I purchased the replacement batteries for my Dogtra 1900NCP Field Star. It is not complicated to change them but I did bring them to Batteries Plus after watching a You Tube video on how to change the batteries. It is not difficult to do and I recommend buying the batteries from Dogtra as they are not refilled like some of the ones you purchase in other places. Customer service was very helpful and I received the batteries quickly
