I had the Ultimate Treatment done to my hair in the midst of a brutal Arabian summer (temps of ~47 C and 50% humidity in the air). I was always a poof the minute I stepped out and my hair looked so brittle and fried no matter what kind of intensive hydrating mask I applied to it previously. I can not express enough what a game-changer this has been. My hair has been so much easier to style (has shaven off a significant amount of time to style thick and long hair) and has really been tested in a grueling hot and humid environment. I’m using the recommended products from the KeraStraight line to maintain the integrity of my treatment and it has been proven to be worthwhile. Easily one of my best hair investments!

Only one thing I would improve would be - clearer communication of the date the order will actually be delivered (ie not just dispatched). I didn't realize mine would arrive when it did and so wasn't able to make arrangements for it to be left. Which meant I had to go to the sorting office to pick it up later - big inconvenience...
