Apart from looking awesome once fitted to the BT50, they were a breeze to fit as the profiles of the Flares are a perfect match to the wheel arches. Key though to fitting them was to do good preparation first. Remove existing plastic stud plugs. Remove Mud Flaps and clean thoroughly. Clean inside lips of wheel arches thoroughly Clean wheel arch Fender with thinners Position flare and check alignment of fixing holes with existing holes in wheel arch (should be perfect match. Mine were) Remove Flare and peel off double back tape. Place flare in position and plug in the plastic stud buttons Put Mudflap in position and using original screws, screw it in place Finally, check that flare is aligned on the outer wheel arch surface, then with a soft cloth press firmly along flare edge to set double back tape firmly onto wheel arch fender surface As indicated earlier, the predrilled holes on the Flares matched perfectly to the existing holes in the wheel arches. HINT: I found that removing Wheels before doing each wheel arch gave me better access to existing buttons and screws and also made it a lot easier to position flares perfectly for fitting. The Flares were very easy to prepare and fit and look Absolutely Awesome, they really add stronger looking character to the BT50 . They definitely look far better than any others on the market that I've seen fitted to other BT50's.
