Just what I ordered, very well packed, and arrived reasonably fast. I ordered gold color/foil bags. The color is gold but it could be a little shinier, in my opinion, based on the bags that I have ordered from other suppliers in the past. Nevertheless, they had what I ordered and they got it to me fast and in good shape. I was satisfied and would order again.

Love these bags...have reordered several times.

The bag changes are leaving us inconsistent between sizes and quite frankly do not look as nice to us anymore (I realize that is subjective). This is applicable to the 2 oz bags we’ve received in the last 2 shipments. The 8 oz and 16 oz are fine but look completely different on our shelves due to the “waxy” look. Customer service is always top notch.

Was unable to get my tax exemption applied. Charged for tax when they stated my exemption was in effect. Tax is still currently being applied to purchases and very slow response from support.

I wish I could give this specific experience a zero. Normally I do not have issues but this time I ordered , paid, and my order processed for 9 days. I emailed , no response. I called and they initially said they did not even see the order number I gave. After further investigation they found my order “locked “ online. They were unsure why; but because they found it they completed it. However it would have been nice if they rushed shipping as I had already waiting 9 days. Plus it’s a holiday weekend so it’s going to take 6 days to ship. Very disappointed.

As long as you order online then it’s good. If you have to special order anything then it’s a really slow process if you are dealing with the west coast. If you can go through the Nashville it’s a little better.

Would really like to see a less expensive/slower shipping option. The least expensive was $110 for one box - kind of a lot. I ordered two boxes to avoid the shipping fee, which is probably the intention for you, but I would like to be able to order a smaller quantity and pay a reasonable amount for shipping.

This is difficult to rate- bags are very good, and communication was excellent with PBFY. But they used Fed Ex for shipping, & it was the worst shipping experience I’ve had in 10 years of running our business. Order was a week late, no one warned us so I was expecting them in time to deliver coffee to our clients. I ended up having to track it down, frantically, & pick it up myself. Fed Ex is awful- they need to quit relying on automation & robot customer service.

This review is for the online shopping and purchasing of coffee bags. The website navigation was easy enough, but one thing that would help is to add a filter for the size of the bags. For example, a filter that would list all ounce options for standup bags such as 4, 8, 12, 16, etc. This way you could quickly view only the options for the desired bag size. The check out process was easy and the email notification that followed was great.

The product I ordered was out of stock. Customer service was exceptionally helpful in retrofitting another product to meet my needs. Only downside is that the product I received does not accommodate my current labeling.

All are great help, great representatives. I talked to Mike Pedroni sometimes because he is such a great soul, knows a lot and has helped me a lot. I would recommend a raise to your customer service people. Thank you very much for your help and great products.

Having a recaptcha for logging in is a bit of a pain. Cloudflare has tools on the free tier to help with this instead of requiring manual checks. Showing the quantity per box in the title or somewhere else prominent would help. Each time I have ordered 5 lb bags, they arrive with a ‘valley’ running the length of the bags, which makes labeling quite the task to make them presentable. Is there any way you guys could make sure your bags are ran flat, rather than having that curve down the length? It would be greatly appreciated!

It would be nice if somewhere you announced the charges would show up as Tricorbraun and not PBFY. I almost blocked the transaction as fraudulent until I Googled the name. Also, I would like to receive a tracking number as well for my shipment.

Coupon you keep sending applies to nothing i ever buy, tin ties overlooked on my usual items, customer service request not responded to, seperate purchase of ties cost me more shipping and had that gone through with original order that free shipping minimum would have been met.

Mostly good. One suggestion would be to have the bags wrapped in a plastic bag, that way if a box gets damaged in delivery, it is less likely to compromise the bags inside.
