Overall experience was positive. A bit curious about not being charged tax even with free shipping. Not complaining mind you! (Everyone else seems to be charging tax.) Also curious about being so much cheaper than Amazon. These days you always need to be cautious ordering online with a company you've never done business before. Filter packaging looked the same so I felt comfortable with my purchase. I read the reviews and also felt positive having read them, thought there did seem to be some shipping concerns.
