Fast service, Great product and price.

Redstag had the product I needed, at a good price. Delivery was fast and I received good communication throughout the entire process - from initial order through the day I found the delivered package on my doorstep.

Great price, great communication. A little slow on delivery.

Easy enough to navigate. Good prices. Delivery options seemed expensive or slow.

Replacement Refrigerator Water Filter. Removed the filter from the original manufactures packaging and was concerned because the shape and size were slightly narrower and slightly longer than the original filter. Anybody that's shopped for replacement water filters (1000's of names, models, serial numbers and there are not $ cheap) knows it either fits and works or it doesn't. since I purchased on-line, I really had a good opportunity to be pissed-off. Closed my eyes, held my breath, slipped the filter in position, heard a reassuring click of engagement, hit the dispenser button, presto, filtered water. And I saved $12 over the big box stores.

I felt the prices were good, but I don’t have the filters yet to check the quality of them. If they are the same quality as the original then I will be very satisfied.
