Have to be honest I ordered my product then read the reviews online. At that point in time I got a little worried but had already ordered my product. The reviews were wrong Delivered as promised on time and in a timely matter. My product was $10 cheaper then Best Buy and or Amazon. Only suggestion to the company. I ordered it from Las Vegas the company is based in LA they shipped it Fed Ex which went to AZ when it got to AZ it was transferred to the USPS for delivery. Seems to be your shipping would have been cheaper if you would had just mailed it USPS from LA to Las Vegas other then that Very happy.

You should include your plan to ship the product, rather than the buyer making the purchase without knowing when to expect it. I'm still in the dark about when the filters will arrive.

I ordered and got what I ordered in a timely fashion.

Basically a positive experience. Ordered two filters for my relatively older Frigidaire side-by-side refrigerator and they fit. They were packaged very well and so far so good. No idea if it is working or not since I cannot reset the filter light on the refrigerator; hopefully that could be just due to age. It seemed to take a while to get here but I am just too used to the shipment times of other online retailers.
