The discount (10%) was applied, but the process was confusing. 5% was applied adding the items to the cart, and then a GET5OFF coupon took an additional 5% off during checkout. That was 'correct', but 'confusing'. Contacted customer support via email on Saturday, and was pleasantly surprised to get a response that morning (rather than on Monday) that answered my confusion about the discount. Had initially tried to call customer service, but wasn't given an option to talk to an agent (that would have been better, but a quick email response was reasonable).
