Ordering was quick and simple.

I tried calling and was required to give the serial number. I am legally blind and unable to see it in the refrigerator. When given the option to wait for someone I could talk to for my order I was told the wait time was 1 hour. I found I could order the filter online and it has taken me less than 5 minutes to do so. Thank you for your easy to see web site and not requiring a serial number. I kept the empty box for ease in ordering.
