Good experience, but two things would have taken it from a 4 to a 5: 1) Nowhere, including the cart, the product page, or the confirmation screen or email did I get an estimate of WHEN?! Free shipping, but WHEN?! Even a qualified estimate would be better than nothing. 2) The two-pack was a better deal by a few bucks - no biggie, but I had to go seek it out. I already had the 0ne-pack (X4) in the cart when I thought to look. The website should suggest it when automatically as a better alternative there is a better packaging deal. (It was shown among other options at the bottom of the product page, but it wasn't automatically shown as an option i the product description.) Anyway, I hope my water filters arrive soon and I appreciate finding your site and the product that I want at a very competitive price. Thank you.
