Extensive selection of a braod range of items for the DIY; especially appealing are the "different" seasonings; the conversion chart is a bonus when making a small trial batch of new flavors; good videos help the beginner's confidence. Although shipment was reasonably fast, the packaging needs to be enhanced as the box was warped and the taping was minimal, allowing the end flaps to become loose (luckily nothing punctured or spilled).

Difficult. I loaded a WISH LIST and when I was satisfied that I had what I wanted I pushed the ADD TO CART. Only 3 of 10 items transferred to the cart. This gave the impression that these 7 items were not in stock. Next day I returned and manually entered each item to the cart and made the purchase. All is OK now. Please disregard the bitchy email I sent . All is well. Steve

The design of your checkout is a big surprise at the end. I would suggest you be more up front with taxes and the shipping charges to a potential customer before going to the payment method. It is almost misleading....not showing those charges. Your products will sell themselves without drawing customers in with a reduced product price.
