The spices that you sell are great. But your website could stand an overhaul. Putting together an order could be a helluva lot simpler. I had to change my password 3 times in two weeks and it doesn't work now AGAIN. The shipment tracking is terrible. but otherwise it's ok keep in mind that there are other places to get meat products

I ordered smoking wood on a Sunday. Monday morning I received an email that the order shipped. I got the order on that Friday in a small town in AZ. How can you improve on that service. I will definitely order from Walton's again. Great job!

Paid for expedited shipping to arrive July 30th. Order did not even ship until after July 302th. Of course shipment arrived August 4th when I was not available to be there so the order of high temp cheese sat in Las Vegas heat until I returned home 2 days later so not in good shape. Had the order process as stated would not be a problem but there was also no notification of delayed shipment or updated shipping so I could make arrangements. Very poor service.

I used the fresh collagen for some breakfast links. They are fragile to link and want to unwind as collagen is known for. However they were perfect once cooked, they almost disappeared texture wise and I like that much better then the papery mouthfeel of some. So I'll take the fragile linking for the great eating texture.
