I made numerous mistakes on my order. I contact them within a few hours of ordering and all changes were accepted. The print came quickly and was beautiful. Unfortunately the frame had been damaged in transit. I let them know as soon as this was noticed and the issue was dealt with quickly. Thank you so much for such a painless experience despite issues and a fantastic framed print.

Yes, I received my product JUST in time to give it to my gf before she moved to a different state. I loved the product, there were no issues with quality, size, shipping etc. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the price but it's not bad enough for me to never order one again

A+ customer service. They checked my maps and it didn't show much detail of the locations. They suggested zooming out and it was much improved. Without this suggestion it wouldn't have been nearly as nice. It's now hanging in our bedroom. We love it.
