The Perfect Anniversary Gift
I found Positive Prints on a simple Google search. I was looking for a gift to celebrate my 1st year of marriage. The map of where I proposed was the perfect thing for our “paper” anniversary. Unfortunately, I didn’t double check the address of the location and realized only after sending the Oder and payment. Big gulp. But! I sent a follow up email and received a response, with the correct address and a sample via email shortly after. I was very relieved to say the least and thankful for the attentive and personal attention given to helping me fix my mistake. The print arrived framed and was exactly as ordered. The print and frame arrived in perfect condition and safely packaged. Ordered a picture from Positive Prints that displayed exactly what the moon looked like the day my children were born and customized it with a nice saying. Gave it to my wife as a Mother's Day gift and she absolutely loved it! The picture quality was great. The frame that the sent it in was great. I chose to give my daughter and SIL pictures of the moon on each of their birthdays, and commemorating (hopefully) a family keepsake. Unfortunately I ordered from a site with very poor communication, poor delivery timing, and terrible quality for daughter/SIL. Very disappointed (and unhappy). With the birth of my second grandson I wanted to complete the collection, and fortunately found Positive Prints’. The selection is fantastic, the frame of quality, communication a snap, delivery time quick (days, not weeks)! I highly recommend Positive Prints. ABER leider ist das Bild nicht so, wie ich es bestellt habe. Die Beschreibung der STERNENBILDER, (Steinbock, Wassermann, Löwe, Jungfrau, usw.) fehlt auf der Leinwand. Ich hatte diese Beschreibung in englischer Sprache bei der Bestellung auch angeklickt. Auch ist ein Sternzeichen nicht zu sehen und die Koordinaten sind auch falsch.
