Great bed

Love it. Won't sleep on anything else.

It took a little while for our mattress to be shipped and the wrong encasement was sent. We are still waiting to receive the encasements for our split california king that is on adjustable frames.

From order to receipt was longer than expected. Pillow came overstuffed and it was extremely messy to try to remove fill. I would have preferred half of the stuffing with an extra bag of fill available to add if desired.

The mattress is comfortable. Very heavy and very difficult to put together. If you are ordering and sending off the mainland, expect that it will take 2-3 months to arrive.

The pillows are great we removed some of the fill so they weren't so thick otherwise we like them.

We have wanted to purchase a organic latex bed with adjustable frame for years but almost no one carries them in store and when you go online the preferences, we needed were not available and anything we found remotely close to our need was priced so high we just couldn't do it. I want to thank Matt for his help because even though sleeping organic website is great in that it offers so many options and can get recommendations which we did but matts reassurance of what we needed to meet our expectations was a huge selling point and even though we had a small problem with one of the shipped items Matt very hard to work things out and the mattress is better than expected. We were way overdue for a new mattress, so it's hard to compare it to the old one. But a year later, we are still very happy with it. If it holds up for a long time, it will definitely have been worth the price tag to sleep on a chemical-free, super comfortable, and supportive mattress.

Excellent topper cover, but cannot be machine washed.

Sleep much better without springs poking me in the hip or shoulder. Don't want to get up in the mornings because it's soooo comfortable. Actually wake up well rested.

This is my 3rd pillow and I love it! You can buy a cheap pillow elsewhere, but these really last and I get the best sleep with it. The shredded latex molds around your head to support any position and is much cooler than memory foam. I really like how it can be customized by adding/removing shreds. The shipping is slow, but the pillow is worth the wait!

The combination of foundation and two layers of latex (along with a new frame) offers me now the perfect bed! I couldn't be happier with it.

So much better than the Thuma mattress that was less than two years old. First we put the topper on top of the mattress and it worked somewhat better but not as good as we wanted. Now we have taken the mattress away and are going to sleep on the topper by itself. So far it’s already better!!

Fantastic product and customer service. I needed a new mattress for my spare room. I purchased a latex mattress from Savvy Rest for my master bedroom and I really liked the bed; however, I was not thrilled with the customer service. In looking for a different company that provided a "custom made" organic latex mattress for the spare bedroom, I found Sleeping Organic. I reached out to customer service with several questions and I received prompt and thorough replies each time. The mattress is as comfortable as Savvy Rest with the added bonuses: it is less expensive; customer service was great; the foundational layer was already in the mattress cover when it arrived on my door step; and the mattress cover quality is superior to Savvy Rest.

We've only had our mattress for less than a week and our changing our layers to see which firmness is best for each of us.

No problems, except the delivery took longer than expected. The mattress assembled easily and we have been sleeping on it for more than a week. So far it has been very nice.

In September 2022 we purchased a queen-sized Coyuchi organic mattress pad. We've now had this item for over a year, and can say that this was a wonderful purchase. The material is soft, easy to get on the mattress, washes and dries well, and has saved the mattress from a couple of spills (I was wondering how effective it would be without plastic). Thank you for providing a great product!

Finally a soft mattress like I wanted. Yes, I had to make it with 4 layers but it is the most comfortable mattress I have ever purchased

The foundation is beautiful and possibly the best wood foundation offered online, in terms of materials. I searched for a a few weeks before purchasing it. Part of the wood split slightly...not in half but lifted in a sort of splintered way, at one corner. I'm not sure if it was from something I did or if it arrived that way but I don't think there's any serious damage. The foundation itself failed to meet the warranty requirements for my TempurPedic mattress. Customer service was very responsive and eventually Matt worked with me on a compromise which is inconvenient but hopefully it will work out.

It's very hard .

I am a dude sleeper and have tried tons of pillows and none of them keep their shape and fullness like this one. It doesn’t feel like it is filled with shredded foam… it just feels amazing and supportive! Love it!

This topper is for my husband’s side of our split king bed. I’m jealous because the older Sleeping Organic topper, the one I use now, pales in comparison to this new topper. The new toppers are designed completely different. The fabric, the way the cover is threaded (quilt like) is so much nicer than mine. Be aware that the new (better) toppers are nothing like the old ones:(

Comfy, soft and works well.

It's more work to assemble than just ordering a single latex mattress but the payoff is worth it to get the comfort level I was hoping for. However, you're gonna need some muscles to drag each layer up the steps and assemble them. Over all it's the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on.

I just slept on my new bed for the first time last night after assembling it yesterday. The foundation assembly was a cinch, and the mattress stretched out for a perfect fit. An absolutely perfect night's sleep!

We absolutely love our mattress. The process is very customizable and the customer service was outstanding to help us get exactly what we wanted. The organic/non-toxic standards are very important to us, but regardless, our new mattress is the most comfortable we have ever had. It also sleeps "cooler" than our old mattress. Love it!

I bought this for my partner because he had been talking about it for months. Finally splurged for his birthday, and he was SO excited. It's plush, but also has nice density. It's cozy and gives him a lot of comfort while sleeping. Great purchase!

Sorry for my oversight/delay. Wanted to say this comforter is remarkably top quality, apparent upon first sight. Construction — design and stitching are beautiful. It sleeps well — proper medium weight and warmth. A bit stiff at first, requiring a little time for break-in. Happy.

I have used this company for many years~ I have had my organic mattress for 10+ years and LOVE it~ I recently bought a 'Merino light' comforter for winter use. The product is great quality and I can feel the high frequency. If you are interested, perhaps research the frequency of fabrics. Linen and wool hold a 5000hz frequency which is very healing. Organic cotton is way less but still a better choice than poly, silk, acrylic, etc. Perhaps Sleeping Organic can source some 100% Linen products also?? Thank you~

Love my new Latex Bed!!

The best! This is the 5th one we have bought over the years. More and more family members want one too!

I love this company. The sheets I ordered years ago are still in great condition, and my organic mattress is still very comfortable. Recently I bought a waterproof cover for the bed, because my cat has had a couple of accidents whilst lying on my other guest bed, and I want to prevent any cat accidents reaching the mattress on my bed. Material is very nice and soft.
