Enjoying the mattress, but really disappointed that FedEx is the shipping company that you use. Our package was delayed multiple times, traveled across three different routes and delivered on two different days. If at all possible, choose any other shipping company.

I love my pillow. Actually there was enough shredded latex that I now have two pillows! I already had a latex pillow and wanted another so getting two out of this pillow was a bonus. I really like mine but my husband ask for his old one back. It takes some time getting use to all new pillows but I like it after a few nights. I really think something else needs to be done about an easier way to take out some of the latex when it first comes that was so...o messy. but it's done and I am glad.

This pillow is nothing short of amazing! Once I removed about a third of the latex pea-sized contents--which is a messy business so be sure to do this outside or in an area you can easily clean up with a vacuum--it has proved to be the most comfortable pillow for sleeping I've experienced in years. It sleeps cool, cradles my head above my back and shoulders at just the right angle, and has contributed not only to my sleeping far better but also to no pain in my neck, back or shoulders after a restful night's sleep. Thank you so much for shredding the latex into such small sizes, Sleeping Organic. I believe that, plus the ability to choose your own loft of latex, was the trick to make this pillow as comfortable as could be for pretty much everyone. (And I've tried plenty of pillows!) As a result, this Sleeping Organic pillow is likely as good as I can imagine it gets for ANY pillow. Really, it's that good. You knocked this one out of the park.

The process of customizing the mattress was extremely easy and user friendly. Customer service was quick to respond to any questions I had. There were some logistics issues with shipping but I don’t fault sleeping organic. I’ve had the mattress set up for a few days and really happy with it. Very easy setup. Happy to have found such a comfortable mattress at a fair price for latex and get back to great nights of sleep.

So far I love these...nice and deep! Soft and strong....but I have only washed once... hoping they wear well!

This is such a wonderful improvement over our previous one! We're delighted with our 7" mattress. There were some minor hiccups in the delivery (pre-Xmas) -- but it did come eventually. alright, to preface my review, i want to say i've had some pretty moderate to severe low back pain for over a year now. i'm only in my late 20s and already destined to have the back of a 90 year old woman, or so says my orthopedic doctor. i was told just this year that i've got degenerative disc disease and that surgery could only complicate my spine and the affected discs, not make it better. so i've been trying to manage it with physical therapy, losing weight, and trying to stay active. but there are days i am simply in so much pain i can't do anything but try and lay down. which leads me to my mattress, which is maybe only 3 or 4 years old. about 6 months ago i purchased a memory foam topper from walmart hoping to help alleviate my pain but it only tripled it especially after trying to sleep for even a few hours. i've been seeing a chiropractor for about a year now and when i told her about my pain, she suggested i either get a firmer mattress or a different topper so i started doing some research. then i found this site and was very impressed with all the reviews i read, so i took the risk and ordered one. honestly, it was the best decision i've made since my back pain started. for the first time in over a year, i was able to sleep comfortably, not on my back but on my side, and actually wake up with less pain than normal. i was so happy that first day i wanted to cry. i haven't had a good night's sleep in so long i had forgotten what it felt like. so i just want to say, to the sleeping organic company, THANK YOU SO MUCH. you've helped tremendously and i finally feel good about going to sleep in my bed without worrying about not being able to get up in the morning. truly a lifesaver. thank you, thank you, thank you.

I ordered a closeout mattress and a 7" Sprout personalized mattress. The closeout mattress has been wonderful for what we needed it for. It is more comfortable than your average mattress, it was easy to put together, it stays put. For the personalized mattress we ordered 2 layers of Talalay medium latex. It is exceedingly comfortable. I am so happy with my purchase, I don't even know where to begin. I ordered the 3" mattress - four layers and the box spring. At 60 years old, I was able to put everything together by myself. I have been sleeping on my new bed for a couple of weeks now, and what a difference from my conventional mattress. I sleep so much better and more comfortably. I also got two pillows and I actually love them. I had no intention of buying them, but at the time they came with the bed purchase. I did shop around for quite a while, but believe that I made the best choice. Sleeping Organic had the options that I was seeking and the overall process of purchasing everything was easy.

I love these pillows. As a side sleeper my neck finally feels supported. It smells a bit like condoms when you first open it, but after airing it out for 24 hours it smells neutral now. I have been sleeping so well. Normally I wake at least twice to fluff and flip my multiple pillows and I haven't been waking at all. I wish I would've bought these years ago. I got the King sized for the length and maximum amount of customization.

I’ve been using my mattress for two years now and I couldn’t be happier with it. Since switching to this mattress (Dunlop firm layer topped with 2 Dunlop medium layers), my chronic back issues have disappeared. I was extremely put off by the smell of the cover at first, which was insanely strong (I was told is the natural smell of lanolin from the wool), and it took about a year for it to go away, but now I actually miss it. Also, the free pillows are too tall for me to use while sleeping, but they’re the perfect pillows for sitting up in bed. Worth every penny!

This company is fantastic! The latex mattresses are wonderful, the informational video really helpful, and the customer service is superb! I can confidently say all this because my most recent purchase is my third one, and the mattresses, mattress toppers, and wooden foundation have all been top-quality.

I just received my two organic Dunlop latex layers and I am over the moon thrilled! Last year I purchased a coil/latex/memory foam mattress and was hugely disappointed. I have been on a mission to replace it and I'm going slow but I cannot say enough about how pleased I am. I have sciatica and really need a firm mattress so I purchased the extra firm and firm. I had a medium topper to complete it and the next step I will replace it with the Organic Dunlop. Love the latex pillow too. It's a great feeling to get what you ask for and then some. Thank you :-)

So I haphazardly purchased a queen mattress and twin topper. My daughter needed a new mattress and wanted a temper Pedic but they we’re pricier I had to take advantage of the payment credit option offered and at the click of a button I had a mattress coming that is relatively green so I took a chance buying online I then decided to buy a twin topper due to memorial sale The topper was returned within in 2 nights of sleeping I’m sorry to say it was like jello and pretty much bounced you out of bed I personally felt the same way on the queen however it’s not mine and my daughter is ok with it The reason for my lower rating is I lost out on fees they offer a 30 day return but it costs $88 and then they take another $50 because you returned I made the huge mistake of buying like this online I personally would return the queen except I’d be out a bed and a lot of cash And I still owe on it! Made my bed.... but the daughter has to sleep on it

Our last mattress was a memory foam mattress that sagged terribly after only 5 years. We therefore researched heavily to find the next mattress- Consumer reports turned us on to Latex, Sleep Like the Dead gave us even more info. We went to Saavy ( sorry, saavy) and laid on some in the store and priced them out. It was nearly twice the price!! We were incredibly nervous about going with a mattress without trying it out, but their return policy really put us at ease. They were very patient with our millions of questions. We opted to go top of the line-- 4 layers Extra Firm, Firm, Medium, Soft, based on their computer suggestions. We then added a soft topper because of reviews noting that even their soft was a bit firm. This was a good decision for us 2 side sleepers with shoulder issues. We hired a local handyman to arrive the day of the delivery and he and a buddy were easily able to assemble the frame and mattress. Much cheaper than the delivery and set up of most sites. We did make 1 critical error at first- we shoved the topper into the casing for the 4 layers. Since it fit, we thought we were good to go, and were tearful when the mattress was uncomfortable and we rolled off the sides. We decided to order a separate topper casing before we try to return it, and that was our saving grace. With the mattress configured the way it was supposed to be, it was/is incredibly comfortable. The only other issues with it is that it has spoiled us- when we travel now we are forever complaining about the mattresses where we go because there is no place like home. Also the mattress is incredibly heavy, so we have a bit of a time tucking in sheets (we are both very petite).

This is the mattress I had always wanted but never knew where to find. The organic latex mattress is the only way to go. I can have a gentle and firm mattress at the same time, and I know I am not exposed to all the chemicals of the mainstream mattresses....junk!

Love my pillow! I have already had a latex pillow but this new one is more pliable and allows my head to nestle into it more easily. I think it is the casing that allows for more movement. My previous pillow casing was made of a wool blend and tended to be a little stiffer.

It was a good experience overall. My only complaint is that I believe that Sleeping Organic sold my info to a third party. I began receiving three or four spam emails daily as soon as I made a purchase. Could be a coincidence? I will never know for sure. Shame on you if you did do it. And it’s too early to review the topper. It seems great so far. Definitely firm.

I have purchased twice from Sleeping Organic and am absolutely more than happy with their beautiful products! We have had our bed for 9 years and it feels as though we purchased it yesterday! The mattress topper is to replace our sofa cushions (I cut it down to fit the sofa, and it’s WONDERFUL). I will never buy a bed from any place other than Sleeping ORganic.

Comfortable to a degree. Legs didn’t stiffen enough on Leggett & Platt adjustable bed frame so had to use extra pillows to prop legs at night. Also had to use old wedge cushion for back height to sleep more upright, so did not work well for me.

We already had two of the Sleeping Organic pillows ("standard" size) -- too full for our comfort. So we bought an empty encasement, and moved about 1/3 from each of the original pillows into it. The results look odd--but the pillows are REALLY comfortable. They stay cool, and we are sleeping really well on your mattress and the pillows!

This is the second bed I've purchased from Sleeping Organic. I will never buy a bed anywhere else. The toxic output from traditional mattresses is unacceptable. The Sleeping Organic rubber comes from trees and people which are sustained and happy.

Love the pillow, very comfortable. One suggestion is if you"re going to put it in the dryer to help get rid of the smell which isn't terribly strong, make sure it's zipped all the way. Which is totally my fault because I partially unzipped it to see if that was a pillow case over it, it isn't. I haven't had to remove any of filling becaused it's the way I like it, I just shape it or give it a shake if I need to.

This is the second mattress that I buy through sleeping organic. Since my son loves his bed so much, I decided it was time for me to switch to a non-toxic bed. I’ve only slept on it once so maybe I will write another review in the future. My experience with the purchasing was smooth. I made a mistake in the order and with a phone call a customer rep fixed it for me. The packaging was flawless. Glad that the layers come wrapped in individual plastic bags because the boxes were damp. The mattress encasing was with the top layer bundle. I wish it was with the bottom one for ease of putting it together. No biggie. My first night of sleep was wonderful. I will be removing a lot of the shredded material from the pillows to make them flatter, the way I like my pillows. Very happy so far with my purchase!

I am enjoying it very much...I especially like that I can adjust the position of the mattress to allow my legs to be elevated after being on them all day......at the same time, I also elevate my head to do some reading before I close my eyes. Although my order was a complete nightmare (my product sat in a warehouse for MONTHS before I actually received it and the delivery men knew absolutely nothing about assembling the bed and I had to sit them down in front of my computer to follow your instructions), all is well now.

I love sleeping on my new Sleeping Organic mattress. It is comfortable and knowing that it is chemical free puts my mind at ease every time I lay down on it. I can't get over how kind everyone at Sleeping Organic is! I went into this knowing I was buying a closeout mattress, which said in the listing I wouldn't be able to exchange any of the layers. I emailed them with a random, unrelated question and in the process, I quickly got a phone call from the owner. He asked me if I'd like different layers and I was flabberghasted! I literally assumed he might be confused, thinking I'd purchased a regular bed, so I said, "But... it's a closeout, I can't swap layers, can I?" He said it was no problem, he'd be happy to get me whatever I needed, as long as he had it available. I was over the moon excited! I got to choose exactly what layers I wanted and ended up creating my absolute dream bed. Given that it was a closeout, I was also warned that the latex might have minor defects or discoloration, so I was preparing for it. But the latex arrived looking beautiful and brand new! Heck, it looked better than other brand new latex mattresses I've gotten from other companies in the past! Suffice it to say, I'm a Sleeping Organic customer for life & I'm having the best sleep of my life on my new mattress! Thank you, Sleeping Organic!!

This is a five star review especially for Chris, Who agreed to customize a shredded latex foam pillow for me using only the Talalay latex foam I wanted. Another employee had responded to an Internet inquiry I made prior to that stating that it was impossible to use only one type of foam in the pillow. Had I not pursued it by phone and spoken to Chris I would not have bought from Sleeping Organic. Everything else about my purchase and delivery was fine including communication, packaging and timelines

Love the bed. It is comfortable, with just the right firmness. Due to the size & weight of each layer of latex, we needed three people to put the king mattress together, but it was relatively easy. The bedding materials are well constructed. Very pleased & happy with my purchase.

Materials feel good and is comfortable to sleep on. Went with the 3 layer all dunlop, Firm-Med-Soft. So far feels good on stomach but cant sleep on side cause of firmness. May have needed to get a talalay topper or switch the top layer to Talalay.

love it! we wanted a soft bed. we got the talalay tree mattress. it was relatively easy to set up. no odors and my allergies disappeared the very first night! we were amazed at how soft it is! we sleep better now than we have in a long time! great bed! great company! great choice!

easy ordering process and good service but I found the pillow itself had two notable downsides: no removable liner casing for the latex pieces to enable washing the outer case, and a strong smell like the latex gloves at a dentist office. Adjusting the fill was a messy process but once it was down to a reasonable level I had satisfactory sleep. 

The covered mattress topper arrived rolled and vacuumed wrapped in a 4 foot by 1 foot box.. The 100% Natural Latex was odorless when opening, which made us happy. We put it on top of our organic latex bed and we are both happy. It was an excellent purchase.

Excellent quality pillow, and because it's huge and overstuffed, it's a great value too. Latex doesn't collapse like cheap cotton stuffing, so it was a bit too thick for me to use as a head pillow, but there's a zipper, so you can easily customize it. I ended up removing almost enough to make to second pillow. In it's original condition, it would've made a good body pillow. Very happy with my purchase.

I received this mattress protector today. You were right, I don't want to put a sheet over it, but I will. It is plush and everything I hoped it would be and more and makes a huge difference. It's just what I needed to make my new mattress layers perfect. I was laughing at myself for not realizing in the photo the darker lines/designs are only in the photo not on the protector.
