I’m very happy with the whole experience with Bamboogiant, the bamboo arrived very quickly and in perfect condition

Brilliant company

Excellent service and fast delivery of the 3 bamboo plants. They arrived in excellent condition and I'm really pleased. Condition and quality are first class They got planted into the ground the following day, well fertilised with supplied sachet and followed the clear guidelines to planting. I have already recommended Bamboogiant to friends. Liked the follow up email on the aftercare regarding watering.

Excellent service, prompt delivery and beautiful plants. Great value too! I was impressed with your care advice and supply of fertiliser.

Great plants, entertaining despatch note! Thinking of buying again

What a great experience dealing with these people. From the moment I rang to order, to the man who delivered the bamboo, everything was first class. Fantastic customer service and would have no hesitation recommending them. Matt absolutely knows his product inside and out and takes time to explain everything you need to know. His text to advise delivery is on its way should go viral - it’s unique and cannot help but make you smile!
