As ordered, prompt delivery, very pleased. My only criticism, is that it should be emphasised the bamboo needs taking out the delivery pots straight away - otherwise they fall over! If I had of known I would have prepared for this. But overall - excellent service.

Beautiful bamboo plant, looks amazing and top quality service and quick delivery. Love it and won't hesitate to buy from you in the future! Hope it turns out to be lovely and lucky for us :)

Nice bamboo. Growing well.

Extremely prompt and reliable customer service. Super Fast Delivery Times. Bamboo is fantastic quality and very tall - just what we wanted. Thank you.

Loved the personal emails - very witty! The Bamboo is nice and doing well so far....the rain and windy weather at the weekend didn't help. Thank you very much

Fantastic, superb bamboo ( my 4th from this company). Excellent company to deal with.

Fantastic customer service! Fantastic plants! Great delivery! You get more than you pay for! Definitely recommend ❤

Brilliant plants in excellent condition. We are delighted with these bamboos. Would definitely use this company again. Highly recommended.

Excellent professional service and good quality plants

Great service all round. Beautiful bamboo - great quality and very healthy. Easy to place an order, speedy and convenient delivery. Great care hints and tips. Thank you.

Great service and expertise before, during and after. Amazing tall bamboo plants.

Easy to buy and Competitively priced. The bamboo was delivered quickly (by Tuffnells who were very helpful and accommodating) and there was good comms from the seller as there was a possible delay in delivery. The plants look excellent quality and were in very good condition (despite the blistering heat wave). Will buy again from these guys.

Outstanding service and delivery - great plants and excellent after sales support on how to plant etc.

Plants came well packaged and they were full of leaves and to the height stated, Only ordered 3 this time as samples but will be ordering another 8 as they look excellent as a new privacy screen.

Excellent company to deal with, great service and great quality bamboos. We will certainly return. Great communication too.

Very happy

Excellent advice, excellent service and the bamboo arrived healthy and strong even in very hot conditions.

Love it, love it, love it 😁. Brilliant service from start to finish. Matt was really helpful and patient, answering all my questions and even provided me with a photo of the actual plants themselves (after a very bad experience with buying plants online I wanted to know what I would be receiving). Lovely healthy plant arrived - having received notification from Matt (a lovely touch and incredibly humorous email 😉). We are so impressed with the service we are going to buy another bamboo 😎

My plants are huge!! The service was great too. I going to buy some more!!

Fast delivery, Plant in perfect condition and about the height I was expecting. The customer service is impeccable and they gave me a lot of useful suggestion how to raise the bamboo properly :)
