The Bamboo Company was great but the delivery company was awful. A 3-4pm delivery was promised which was good as we were waiting to go out. I phoned at 4pm and was told they would be with us soon. phoned at 4.30pm and was told same. Phoned at 5pm and was told they were a long way away and wouldn't be delivering until next day which they did.I asked for the Bamboo to be watered but don't know if it was or not. To be fair the man at the end of the phone at 5pm was very apologetic and said they had used a sub-contractor which he said they wouldn't use again.
