Absolute first class service. My French doors wouldn't open and I'd been told more than once that they would need to be replaced as the locks couldn't been changed, that was until Mr Nicholson arrived. In no time he had the doors open and sorted the issue (realigning the door!!) Was even cheeky enough to ask him to repair a window handle. All done with no fuss and no hassle. Will happily use again for any window/door lock issues and would recommend to all friends and family.

After failing to get a response from several 'so called' 24 hour locksmiths when I could not secure my uPVC back door I came across Castle Lock & Hinge on Google. 1 call later I had an appointment for the following day between 1 & 3 pm. Dennis turned up as promised at 1:20 pm :). After checking out the door (which is very old) Dennis noticed a number of issues and virtually rebuilt the door to realign everything to original spec. Sorted! He also informed me that the door handle springs had weakened and may soon need replacing. Did he have a replacement in the van? Of course he did and better than the original, so I had it replaced there and then. I now have a virtually new back door for less than the quoted cost of a 24 call out guy who didn't turn up.
