Gen was very helpful but unfortunately my blanket is broken and I will have to buy a whole new unit. It seems a waste sending it to landfill as this is the second blanket I’ve had from you now. Which is broken. I will buy another but it seems an awful waste not to fix things or repair them. Regardless of the cost.

I purchased a switch for my electric blanket however it wasn't compatible with my blanket. I returned it back to cosi home and they have given me a full refund. Service was excellent and would not hesitate to recommend the company.
