These guys know their stuff. I had issues with foam on pool various times this summer. Couldn't get rid of it...it kept coming back. I took video and pics to other pool stores and none of them could tell me what it was. I go here, show the pics to the young guys working. Within seconds, the kid (compared to me) knew what the issue was and how to solve it. Highly impressed! ...and relieved! Saved my summer!

I called EZ Test Pools and talked to John. He could not have been nicer or more patient with me, answering all of my questions. I ended up ordering a pool from him and trusting that it would be installed in 2 weeks. Just like I was told, my pool was up and running in 2 weeks. Glen was the installer, and he was also great to work with! The only thing I would change is that I wish I had called them earlier. SO easy to work with and my pool is amazing! I am forever grateful and would recommend EZ Test Pools to anyone looking for a pool. Thanks again!

Buyer beware. I purchased a $1500.00 Maytronics Dolphin, and my experience was an absolute NIGHTMARE! We tried using it in our inground pool on a Saturday, and the unit simply wouldn't move more than a few inches. Given the unit was brand new, we checked to see if there was any packing material prohibiting the movement of the robot, and that wasn't the issue. I have owned 8 houses with inground pools, and have owned many Maytronics robots, so this isn't a question of me being inexperienced with how these things operate. When I attempted to return the unit (and I wasn't interested in a refund...I simply wanted the functioning unit that I paid a small fortune for), I was told by Kent at the Plaistow store that they would not give me a functioning robot. Instead, I was told I had to leave the M500 at their store for "Service". I remind you that this unit is all of 24 hours old! This is unacceptable to me. I have no interest in a product that isn't working on day one, and needs service. Again, before you give this store a nickel of your money, you better make darn sure that you never have to return anything, because if you do, it will be a nightmare of an experience for you. I am filing a small claims court case against this AWFUL company! Be aware that this company has several locations, all owned by Patrick O'Keefe, and you should expect the same AWFUL service at every one of Mr. O'Keefe's locations! This company is yet another example of why brick and mortar retailers are dying a slow death. Horrible company, that you should steer clear of, unless you want to be extremely inconvenienced and frustrated!

Great price, fast service.. nothing more, nothing less...

A couple of weeks ago I went to E-Z Test Pool Supplies to buy supplies to put my pool away for the winter. In the store on the counter they had this product called Btu bricks for wood burning stoves. I bought a couple of the bundles and brought them home. Last night there was a chill in the house, so instead of going out to the wood pile I threw a couple of these BTU Bricks in the stove. They worked great! Easy to light, heated the stove then the house in no time, nice flame and lasted for a long time before I needed to add more bricks. I will be using these bricks much more during this winter.
