Regarding our product range, we always aim to have sufficient stock of all products but sometimes our suppliers may have a stock shortage or discontinue product lines. On these occasions, our staff do their best to chase for stock and also immediately list replacement product lines when they become available. Also, our staff are here to help (by phone, WhatsApp, email, Facebook and Instagram) and they can recommend alternatives if required (our customer services team speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin).
Regarding our delivery service, we use a fast and reliable delivery partner to ensure your items are delivered quickly and in their best condition. We're constantly communicating with them to ensure parcels are delivered on-time and any problems are resolved.
