Great system. I was a little worried about putting in all my personal details so just got the basic pack and left out a lot of stuff. Now Im kicking myself and should have paid the extra money to send me out all the completed forms- as I still haven't got it sorted. They responded to emails within hours and I can't fault their service only my own lack of trust.

At first I wasn't too sure if this would assist me, but I was surprised how good it was. It saved a lot of phone calls and chasing to get email addresses. The checklist was very handy.

Rip off! I thought this would provide e filing and convenience but it does not! Just go to the websites and get the forms yourself! There is nothing in this package you cannot download for free on your own.

I gave you two stars because I paid for a package for all the letters to be typed up . Not only were there grammar errors but there were punctuation errors as well. For me to pay what I did and to have you spell organize as organise especially when they are going to corporate businesses is not okay . Get your act together and have professionals who know how to spell and write to do the letters. Now I have to go back through each one and correct the mistakes which I should not have to do.
