Disappointed to see the poor quality of copies. Pages are cut off at the top (can’t see all writing), and there is a big black/grey streak running along all pages. For the price to have things done for you and meant to save time, there is still a lot of work to do (I should have paid for the cheaper email only option, as most places are via email anyway). Not worth it with the poor quality of printing.

It took a while to get to me over the xmas/new year period but they definitely take the hard work away from you with this process! Would recommend if you're looking to avoid the headache of legal name changes!

Not happy at all. I literally got charged $30 or something for nothing other than a how to. I already knew I had to go onto all of these websites and change my name. Seems insane that all I got was, "you must go into the transport department" "you must call this number" like all that is obvious. Very disappointed to be honest :-(.
