I use this as my primary daily doses delivery vehicle. Simple to load and clear the bowl. Precise and consistent temp. control w/timer. Easy to maintain and clean(with glass pipe accessory). Battery life is very dependent on temp. I would recommend this to an expert or a beginner(w/info. about cannabis parts and boiling points). Going to buy another for backup.

It is amazing for me, 5 stars for me, for sureeee, but, many of my friends who smoke alotttt would get annoyed by the tiny, hard to pack bowl, maybe an XL version would solve that problem, or even a shorter but wider bowl, OR a little custom funnel you sell with the current model, or make available that can assist in loading the bowl and glass add-ons

Satisfied overall. The glass mouthpiece is not a very useful accessory. Am I supposed to put the other o-ring on it and hold it in place? There are too many tiny particles of ground up herb that make it though the holes in the bottom of the glass mouthpiece. I would appreciate any advice you have reagrding this matter. Everything went great, the only thing you guys need to update is the capacity of it, 2g seems like not enough. I have to refill a couple of of times when I smoke with my friends
