“Customer support awful”
Where do i start, okay so they're cheap and had pretty good reviews, i like the fact they seemed like a small business and would deal with each customer individually. Everything was okay until i ran into a problem, a technical problem. Which there online support staff, just could not answer they might as well have been robots they were unless, had to swing a lot of emails back and forward, moving up technical support level, when i completely lost it, they provided no VALID phone number, just a voicemail, and customer support would not provide me with one. They said they were working with my issue, FACT is it was there issue, there server and a issue with disabled SSLv3 which was a protocol google made insecure. This is nothing to do with me, yet my site went down on black Friday - the busiest day of the year! If i could give it 0 start for support i would!
