Hi, I havbe ordered simply a pair of socks from you. You've send it to me via royal mail without including the proper custom forms, as the german custom is not accepting the parcel as it is. You've not added an invoice and I had to give them the order confirmation. The whole process costs me another 15 Euros for your mistake. When You ship internationally you should folllow all custom guidelines. As it still might happen that the parcel is returned to you or destroyed. If that happens I will insist on a full refund.
