I have received 12 (12!) emails asking for feedback!!!!!! This has totally ruined my shopping experience. Never have I felt so harassed after shopping online. Product was exactly what I needed. It’s just a shame you damage the brand with such poor comms approach.

Nice quality cashmere.

The hat is lovely: soft, fine cashmere with a light colour real fur Pom Pom. The quality is superb. But the colour of the hat and Pom Pom isn’t the one shown by the model. It’s cream/light beige instead of white. I almost sent it back to refund it as I wanted a white colour hat as advertised. You have to make sure you show the correct colour to clients, so when they buy a white hat they get a white hat. I think it’s quite important for a company to sell exactly what the picture shows.

Everything was easy, from the display on the website to ordering and the delivery was quick. I had bought two wraps and inside the package they came in nice zipper bags. The wraps feel heavenly soft.
