Not very impressed with the quality of the product. Worn the white bed socks for a week, and they look completely different, with little balls of material everywhere.

I am so pleased with my cashmere snood! The weight of the cashmere is perfect as is the army green color! I wore it yesterday and it was perfect for a Vermont winter day. It is also very stylish!

I ordered the blue top and got a black one - expensive mistake

I am very sorry, but I have to admit that I am very disappointed with my order. I used to have a headband from this shop, that I bought in 2021. Unfortunately I lost it and because I had been satisfied with it, I ordered the same one. I paid for the shipping 7,46€ and it took 12 days (to Austria). When receiving the shipment, I had to pay 2,02€ for "customs import duties" or/and "cash on delivery", which I understand - Brexit, right? BUT there was another "Import tarif" (fee) for "Delivery Tracking/Expres" of 5,45 eur. I have no idea what is it and why was I charged. But still I looked forward to opening the shipment, because my ears are asking for something really warm in this weather. In the package I found a headband that is the right size for a toddler. Yes, it is elastic and with a certain amount of force I can put it on my head. But any previous effort to style your hair will be wasted and one feels a constant pull around head. My previous headband - the same (?) one - used to be bigger and comfortable to wear. Based on my experience with shipping, I will not be returning the goods. However, I am afraid I won't probably shop here again. Two stars for material quality and manufacturing in Europe.
