The first time that I visited the office in the MetLife Bldg, my experience was not favorable; there was one person on duty, and although he seemed to be not at all busy. he didn’t seem particularly anxious to help me. Not having a good vibe, I just left.
I decided to give it a second try a few weeks later, and the experience was 100% satisfactory. I was helped by a young lady named Emily, and she could not have been nicer, and patient when I had questions. She is a gem…give her a bonus !
