Called again to say I didnt receive receive my full discount and they said it would apply in a few days BUT NEVER DID! IM DONE! The shipping was terrible too! I asked for a specific day to be delivered as a surprise bday gift and it came days earlier only to be opened by someone else and the surprise RUINED! I DIDNT EVEN GET TRACKING FOR MY PACKAGE THE ENTIRE TIME until the day I specifically asked for delivery THEN IT SAID ON THAT DAY IT WAS DELIVERED! Ok now let me clear some things up with you....
1) That is fine if you have to charge sales tax for in-state shipping. But how about show that charge before I pay? When I entered my payment information the sales tax showed on my order after payment was processed. During the order process it only showed the price of the item and the shipping cost with NO discount and NO sales tax. I could have gotten it cheaper elsewhere and not have to deal with a low budget order process and customer service.
2) I did not ask for multiple coupons and discount was NOT "included" in my order. I only asked for the coupon with the highest value to be applied to my order, yet the lower value coupon was applied, but I received it through a refund after several calls and almost two weeks later. "Applied" to me would indicate it was immediately discounted within my original payment which it was not. So I lost money there. First, you cannot apply a coupon code to your order through your website. This makes things difficult because you lose money for a period of time until you call customer service to complain and then receive a refund which goes back into your account up to 1-2 weeks later. Lost Money + Lost Time = NO REPEAT BUSINESS
3) I did NOT ask for a guaranteed delivery date. I simply asked how long the delivery process would take to the specified address. This way I could estimate when to place my order so it would arrive AROUND the birthday date. I was told to place my order immediately because it would take at least 4-5 days to arrive. The order did NOT arrive one day earlier than expected. It arrived FIVE DAYS earlier than expected with NO TRACKING provided. The person was not even there when it arrived and someone else in the home opened the package which ruined the birthday surprise. The person that it was intended for was sad because it was supposed to be a personal gift for no one else to see in which the birthday person was embarrassed. If I had actual real-time tracking on the package I could have notified said person and they could have been there for when the package arrived. Also, because the order was placed so early and not done with proper estimation by your employee the birthday gift arrival was extremely disappointing by all parties involved. I received ONE email from UPS days after the birthday saying it was delivered on the actual day in question which was a LIE because it was obviously delivered almost a week prior to the delivery date specified. I should not have to pay for such a horrendous delivery process. USPS does it so much better they track your package immediately from pickup to delivery so you know exactly what is going on with your shipment from start to finish.
4) MORONIC BUSINESS PRACTICES which led to not enjoying your product and having a customer that will NEVER buy from you again and will continue to be an advocate in making sure as many that will listen to buy from any other Sazac dealer besides your company. Sorry I do not have any additional questions except How are you still in business when you treat customers like this and hope they just go away and ignore them when they call you out on your terrible business model? Go clear those things up... *DROP MIC EMOJI*
