We Joined Kollect just before Christmas and are thrilled we made the switch. We dealt with Pat to set up & it was so quick & easy I couldn’t believe it. Collections are always on time & very friendly & helpful Staff. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kollect for the fantastic service they provide.

I love Kollect. I’m saving a lot of money but that’s not all. They provide fantastic personal customer service that makes them a pleasure to deal with. Getting the reminder of your collection the night before is a godsend. Highly recommend moving to Kollect.

I have signed up to to Kollect and I have to say the service is great. Reminder texts the day before a bin is due to go out. Queries answered in a timely fashion, follow up emails & calls, other service providers could take a leaf from their book. Well done guys

Kollect have been collecting my bins since they started and I could write for the day here to sing their praises but no one reads long winded reviews, so it is simple I find them obliging at all times everyone you deal with is brilliant and that text the night before is a lifesaver when you start getting forgetful ?? and to top it all off I won a competition that gives me free bin collection for a year and it's more important than ever I get that text thank you so much Kollect and I would recommend you to everyone ???????
