Visiting the showroom wasn’t what I was expecting, no vast numbers of beds to try but that became clear was because they make the bed for you! My bed was a bespoke height, made with my chosen fabric and I had vibration installed - great for restless leg. Then I discovered as I have gastric reflux I don’t have to pay vat! Very happy bunny. Compared to other mattresses I’d seen the mattress options didn’t look robust and this put me off a bit, but now this is the best mattress I ever have used! The hardness of the bed was adjustable and I could set it to my perfect firmness. I have had the best sleep experience since purchasing this bed. It is 8 months since I purchased my bed, and I actively had to find out how to even leave a review, so it must be good!

Shocking service from start to finish. Complaint about faulty air mattress unresolved. Customer services continually over promised and under delivered .At one point they replaced the type of bed as told us the one we purchased was not compatible with the air mattress . Surely this should have been addressed at the order stage. In the end we gave up. Buy from this company at your peril. Expensive mistake when trying to look after our elderly ,disabled father and ensure his comfort.

Very impressed from beginning to end. Delivered on time and installed without any problems. Install crew were professional, helpful and polite,cleaned up and hoovered leaving everything as it should be.

Excellent service from start to finish.  Laybrook’s explained the products and the process from the outset and the support from everyone I dealt with along the way was second to none.  Unfortunately in my case, and with all their support, the bed was not suitable for my needs, however they were true to their word and as per their returns policy, the bed was collected and the refund processed within the timescales given.  It is very refreshing to deal with such a trustworthy company. 

To start with a WOW what a bed I received it's amazing the difference of quality in the bed you provided to another well known company. The bed is exactly as described firm but so comfortable. Honestly see the relief that I'm safe again in my bed. My family can also sleep soundly again as they know I won't be falling out the bed during the night. From start to finish the customer service was excellent so thank you kindly for the service you provided

Very helpful from the word go! Having briefly explained what I was looking for they then helped me reach a decision on the correct bed and mattress to suit my needs. Communication was very good and prompt with agreement on delivery. This went very smoothly Lee and Dave putting it all together taking us through different aspects of the bed and making sure we were happy with it.

I recently had a bed made to my requirements by Laybrook and I am a completely satisfied customer. At every stage my questions and needs [I am disabled] were met with a cheerful and professional response. My bed is very comfortable indeed, the electrical raising and lowering is quiet and gentle, the bed is solidly made and has a reliable 'feel' about it. Really good value for money incidentally. The delivery was perfectly executed with great care taken with my property by an excellent team who worked to create a perfectly assembled product. Everyone with whom I interacted with at Laybrook was an excellent ambassador for the company. I could not be happier and my nights are as comfortable as I could possibly wish.

Telephone conversations between my daughter, myself and the Laybrook team worked very well. We are confident that we have the best combination of variations for our needs.

I only wanted to purchase non-standard memory foam mattresses for my existing electrically operated bed. I rang up to see if they sold a mattress to suit my needs. They were very helpful and courteous and advised me that they were able to supply the mattresses. The delivery was quick the drivers very helpful and respected our property.. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.
