Disappointed long-time customer. I have ordered from Locks and Bonds for years, always having a wonderful experience and receiving excellent quality hair extensions. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has left me incredibly disappointed. I ordered custom tape-in hair extensions back in December of 2025. My original order was lost in a mail, so given the option, I chose to have my order remade. I have tried multiple attempts to reach out to the company to get a status update on my order, as I still have not received it almost 4 months later. No answer, no follow-up response from the company, no hair extensions and no refund. Such a shame, as I would have gladly continued to be a life-long customer had they corrected this error.

I was told the hair color was off and if I wanted to have it redone or refunded. I selected redone. That was March 3rd. I reached out for an update and still have not received a response, it’s May 9th

The bond of the ilink is dry and brittle. This causes the bond to separate and hair ravels apart. I’ve made 2 purchases because I love the texture and color.
