Brilliant service, I had a query about my order so I emailed and received a very friendly and extremely helpful reply straight away. My clarinet was received the day after it was sent out and it arrived absolutely perfect. The quality of it is brilliant, the workshop do a great job of cleaning then uo as it looks brand new.
