We have only hired an instrument so far and only had it for a month, so I cant comment on the process of buying an instrument, but hiring one was really easy. The price seems fair and we received the instrument really, really quickly. Very swift and easy.

I ordered two musical instruments at the same time but only 1 was delivered so i phoned the company. The lady answered straight away, checked when they had been sent and contacted the delivery company. A new instrument was sent out straight away. Very pleased with efficiency of dealing with the issue and getting it sorted. The instruments are of good quality and my girls were thrilled.
