Product was good but there was some confusion with the shipping. I chose "Due by 1/9/2024" which I assume meant due to the customer by 1/9/2024. I needed them as keepsake gift for a funeral and they didn't show up until 1/12/2024 so I no longer have the opportunity to hand them out to the folks that attended the funeral. Very frustrating.

I ordered some personalized chips and when the chips arrived they had the wrong denomination on them. I’ve reached out to the company for several days and haven’t received a response. I’m out of money and stuck with chips I can’t use!
