This was my first order through The Best Vape website. Everything went 100% correct. I received everything I paid for and it arrived at my house in three days. As long as they continue to do this for me I will continue to order from them. Unfortunately there are a lot of companies out there that were never good companies or were good at one time and have allowed their customer care service to fall into the toilet! I have been vaping for twelve years now and customer service means everything to me. Businesses need to remember that without customers there is no business! So I stop using some of my long term relationship businesses and stared to hunt for new one's and like I said as long as The Best Vape continues to hold high standards on customer relations I will continue to order from them.
