Bought my wig accessories from Valentines and they came beautifully packaged and were the best range of products I’ve ever bought. The fibre oil is one of the most important products for those of us who wear long wigs as it’s crucial to keep the ends in as best condition as possible but usually so hard to find. The best satisfaction ever placed my order for mesmerised R/W wig also Rene of Paris wren wig and received them in record time just amazing 🤩 beautiful wigs and fitted perfectly I am a small size but still fitted perfectly no adjustment needed. Great customer correspondence quick to email back with any questions I had. This made me feel at ease as still new to the wig industry due to medical reasons. Valentines wig are going to be my future shopping as at last when you find a company who are very customer focused this is truly satisfying. Can’t thank you enough really appreciate your loyalty. I defy anyone to find a company that cares more about Thier customers. I ordered a wig as my alopecia had suddenly gotten very bad and I had a very special weekend approaching, Richards moved heaven and earth to get my amazing Raquel welch wig to me on time, I felt so pretty and relaxed in my appearance and the wig is absolutely fantastic like the hair is coming out of my own hair line I will always buy from valentine wigs because of the care and compassion they show, you can't buy that it is a vocation. Shopping with Valentine wigs was really easy. The wigs are very competitively priced. It was easy to apply for VAT exemption on medical grounds. I was kept informed about my order and it arrived when I was told it would. If I need to buy another wig Valentine wigs will be my go to store.

I've ordered 3 wigs from Valentine's wigs now and highly recommend them.Their customer service is excellent. Mary is super friendly, and the response to queries is fast and very helpful and you get regular discount codes sent to you via email so you can pick up your dream hair at a bargain.

I did purchase my second wig with Valentine wigs as well as some products for the care of my wig like shampoo and balm. When I made the phone call and said who I was the person who answered the phone took no time at all to find out what I had ordered before . I was pleasantly surprised and amazed. This is a perfect reason for me to shop here again. The person on the phone was very polite and helpful and encouraged me to recommend Valentine wigs to friends.
