Ordered saturday (free postage) arrived monday, they could not do better. First class

Packaging didn’t survive the journey. Outer box was partially open. And had minimal insulation. One of the packets of tea was not sealed and the contents scattered in the box - contents were complete.

Great price and product. The delivery info was poor though. Ordered Thursday with overnight delivery. Got a text to say it was being delivered between 6.53am and 8.53am. Got up especially, waited all day. Nothing. Called the courier and they hadn't even received the order. It arrived on Monday. Better comms would result in a more positive customer experience

I was impressed with the quick service and regular information as to how the delivery was going. However the packing was not good and the boxes were crushed. This doesn’t matter too much as the teabags are unaffected by the crushing. Perhaps “do better” next time! Jim Heaton
