My order was placed on December 6th and I received a confirmation email. After a week or so and not receiving an order update or tracking information it took 3 attempts before receiving tracking information. My purchase was delivered on December 23rd (2.5 weeks later) in a usps priority package.

Sabrina handled the challenge beautifully. She was polite and very helpful.

Not a happy camper. Ordered 3 of the new massage gun but only received 1. There was a sticker on the package that said the others were back ordered but was charged for all 3.The one I did receive had only 3 heads enclosed instead of the stated 4 heads.

The knit hat with the vibes up inside is a great idea. Unfortunately it seems very cheap to have the vibes up pieces glued in the rim. It makes it hard to wash. Also, the way the Vibes Up logo is stitched into the rim makes the hat much less versatile to wear it for different size heads and styles. I really like the concept, but the actual product feels kind of cheaply made. Still a big fan of Vibes Up, just wanted to offer honest feedback.

The bottle top is great but it didn’t include the straw. If you snail customer service don’t expect a reply since I’ve done it twice and never received a response.

I ordered a phone cover and ripped off the old one. The new one is at least 1/2 inch too big and doesn't stay on. I'm unhappy about that!
