I called to return an item. No one has returned the call. Returns aren’t user-friendly.

I am so happy with the thicker mat with shungite & all that it is made of. It is on my bed. Im sleeping extremely well, more hours in a row, & remembering more of my dreams.

Nice quality item

Hello ~ I have tried numerous products to detox and decalcify my pineal gland. It has been such a Blessing to have found this pineal cream as I Now have noticed positive changes.

Shopping experience with Vibes Up was excellent! Products arrived packaged well and on time. The results my relatives and I experienced from the flip flops and allergy bracelets were beyond amazing!

Hi I love all your products and I really enjoyed the experience.

Can't wait to order more VibesUP products. So happy with the items I did buy. Thanks, Beverly

I will never buy anything from you again. The cell phone thing came with no instructions and I e-mailed Customer Service yesterday and received no reply. So I’m sure this will be a return. Sincerely, Debra Davis

Love all the Vibes Up products!

My shopping experience was excellent. I ordered the wrong size bottle lid. I realized my mistake after it arrived. I called customer service and ordered the correct size. The person I spoke to said I could return the wrong one for full credit. I was very pleased and want to extend a big THANK YOU to VibesUP!

Super fast shipping and high quality products!

Wish you had a store in Las Vegas, NV

Got it on time and enjoying using it,

Awesome products! Awesome experience!

I love my sandal toppers. They work good in my slipper socks that I wear at home. They also help the arthritis in my shoulders. I also have arthritis in the 2 joints of my thumb that are closest to my body. That is why I ordered the sleeper gloves. I glued a piece that I cut from the sandal toppers to the gloves where my thumb joints are, and now they work fine.

The young man who helped me place my order over the phone was awesome; well trained and courteous. Keep up the good work!
